Cancellations: The office of Continuing & Professional Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, you will be notified at least one week prior to class start date and given the option of a full refund or, in some cases, transferring to a different class.

Features
This course provides an overview of the complete life cycle of a mine from discovery to reclamation. Emphasis is placed on safety, sustainability, innovations and technologies that are driving improvements in all aspects of mining in a responsible manner.
The course will also help participants explore the evolution of the mining cycle in the next 20 years by discussing topics such as automation, biomining, sensing technologies, data analytics and space mining.
A digital badge and certificate of completion from University of Arizona Continuing and Professional Education will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
