Learn how biological markers reveal the connection between diet and health. This course covers key biomarkers used to assess nutritional status, inflammation, metabolic function, and disease risk. Students will gain skills in interpreting biomarker data to design targeted nutrition interventions and support evidence-based, personalized health recommendations.
Cancellations: The office of Arizona Online Professional Studies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, you will be notified at least one week prior to class start date and given the option of a full refund or, in some cases, transferring to a different class.
